Housing Maintenance Mobile App Design

Inadequate response to NYC’s tenant housing complaints– such as plumbing failures, electrical problems, or structural damages, often leads to critical health and safety issues. By creating a streamlined maintenance request system through a mobile app, residents, property managers, and service providers can utilize online portals to simplify administration and establish clear communication.
